　　艾毅国际幼儿园的外教队伍不断壮大，我们秉承着改进和寻求新的创新性方式去教孩子的想法。为了让孩子寓学于乐、在玩中学习和成长，本周三天津艾毅国际幼儿园举行了“英语圆圈中的游戏”的教研活动和相关评比。我们希望通过此次活动，分享知识和经验、提高英文教学质量。我们知道，集体教学中通常分为集体游戏、分组游戏和单人游戏。不同的游戏有不同的玩法和侧重点，今天我们的比赛将围绕“分组游戏”的设计和实施来进行。 　　Here at Ivy School, the team of foreign teachers is constantly growing. Currently, there are ten foreign teachers on staff and three Chinese English teachers. Our goal is always to improve and find new and creative ways to teach children. As we all know, kids learn better when they play. It’s essential to keep children engaged and interested in the classes that we teach. Generally, games fall into three categories: group, individual, and teams. This Wednesday we arranged our First ” Group Games in English Circle” competition among our teachers. As always, the purpose of this event is to share our knowledge andexperience to improve the quality of education. 　　活动中，每位老师都展示了自己的创意和精彩游戏，为了让孩子们在有限的圆圈集体教学环节中，勇敢说英文，有更多参与到游戏中的机会，外教老师们还借助了不同的玩具、教具以及手工材料，让游戏变得更有趣，更吸引人。整个活动现场欢声笑语，气氛高涨！ 　　Each teacher was encouraged to present two different games to their peers. Our teachers got very creative and came up with so many exciting games. All games were structured to increase language production. To make games more exciting, teachers used different toys, props, and handmade materials. 　　外教老师们努力呈现自己的精彩课堂，他们既是参与者，也是评判者，在活动最后，大家共同评选出“他/她心中最赞的设计”，校园也准备了丰厚的礼物，祝贺我们所有参赛者，参与就是学习！并期待这些有趣的游戏在教室、在孩子们面前上演，真正有益于孩子们的学习成长！ 　　Foreign teachers try their best to present their wonderful games. Over 20 new games were introduced. They are both participants and judges.
